Antistatic Rings

During filling process of granular products (like noodles, rice, semolina, tea leaves,….) in Vertical Packaging Machines , it is a usual problem that plastic film becomes electrostatic. This is caused by friction of bag with filling tube. It means a high probabilly that , cause electrostatic, you obtain an attraction of granular products inside the plastic bag. In this condition , welding bars are not more efficiency in the closing of the bag. Several grains remain between the two plastic surfaces and the welding is compromised. Using an Antistatic Ring , placed exactly in the area between END OF filling Tube and WELDING bars, you eliminate the main source of the problem.
